Matt Pepler
The Shift was founded by Matt Pepler. Matt has more than 20 years' experience in fundraising, strategy, and senior leadership in museums and social impact organisations.
Matt offers mentoring and advice on complex challenges that often do not belong in a single department. He helps leaders think through transformational ideas and is often brought in at moments of transition when the path forward feels uncertain, Challenging organisations to see themselves more clearly, surface unspoken tensions, and make thoughtful decisions.
During his time as Director of Development at the Museum of London, Matt led the campaign for the new London Museum – one of the largest and most complex cultural projects in the UK, raising almost £60m. Since then he has worked as an independent consultant on a wide range of projects.
